Welcome to StockAInsights. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our financial analysis platform, including our website, applications, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using StockAInsights, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.
To access certain features of StockAInsights, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
StockAInsights is a financial analysis platform that provides access to financial data, analysis tools, educational resources, and related services. The specific features, data access, and limitations available to you depend on your subscription tier. Service features, usage limits, and pricing are detailed on our pricing page and may be modified from time to time with notice to active subscribers.
Certain subscription tiers provide access to our Financial Data APIs. Elite tier API access is granted under a personal use license only. Elite tier subscribers may use the API and data solely for their own personal investment research and analysis. The license is non-transferable and applies only to the individual account holder.
Elite tier subscribers are prohibited from distributing API data or responses in any form, including redistributing to third parties, reselling access, creating derivative APIs, bundling data into other products, or using the API for commercial distribution. You may not share API credentials or allow others to use your API access. All API users must implement reasonable security measures to protect API keys and not attempt to circumvent technical limitations. Violation will result in immediate account termination. Different terms may apply to other subscription tiers as specified in tier documentation.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected subscription tier and authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You must provide valid payment information and keep it current. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription.
We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card information or other sensitive financial data. All payment information is securely handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. StockAInsights never receives or processes your credit card details, debit card information, or any other payment credentials.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or our servers, transmit viruses or other harmful code, or collect or harvest user data without permission.
You may not impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or use automated systems or bots to access the Service except through our official API in accordance with your subscription tier's usage limits.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, code, text, displays, graphics, photographs, video, audio, design, presentation, selection, and arrangement) are owned by StockAInsights and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to modify, reproduce, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our Service or any part thereof.
StockAInsights provides financial data and analysis tools for educational and informational purposes only. While we use advanced AI-powered methods to extract and process financial data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data or information provided through our Service. Data is sourced from SEC filings and other public sources which may contain errors or omissions.
You acknowledge that our analysis tools, AI-generated insights, and other features are educational tools and not financial advice. You should independently verify any important information before making investment decisions.
StockAInsights is an educational financial tools platform. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or portfolio management services. Nothing on our platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other financial instrument. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility.
You acknowledge that past performance does not guarantee future results, that all investments involve risk including the potential loss of principal, and that you should consult with qualified financial, legal, and tax advisors before making any investment decisions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service. Circumstances that may result in account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: violation of API usage restrictions including data redistribution, failure to pay subscription fees, breach of acceptable use policies, fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Service, or activities that harm other users or our systems.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice before suspending or terminating your account, except in cases of severe violations, legal requirements, or security concerns. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STOCKAINSIGHTS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
We specifically disclaim any liability for investment losses, trading decisions, or financial consequences resulting from your use of our Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StockAInsights and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date and, for significant changes, by sending an email notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

We encourage informal resolution of disputes. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding these Terms or our Service, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes in good faith through direct communication and negotiation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and StockAInsights concerning the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the Service.
By using StockAInsights, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
